Canola oil, derived from the seeds of the canola plant which comes from “Canadian oil low acid”. It is a gentle and moisturizing oil that plays a starring role in our soap bars. When saponified with lye, it creates a creamy, stable lather and produces a bar that’s firm, long-lasting, and kind to skin. It’s rich in oleic and linoleic fatty acids, which help support the skin’s barrier without feeling greasy or heavy.

We use cosmetic-grade, non-GMO canola oil as the primary base in our standard hand and body soap formulas. It allows us to keep your bar effective, affordable, and deeply nourishing—while staying true to our commitment to plant-based, low-waste ingredients.
