Faith-Driven Giving: 10% to Support Families and Empower Mothers
From the start
From the start, we knew our business should reflect our faith. The first couple years we tried different ways but nothing felt fitting. Then, everything felt right when we came up with “10% better”. It sounds like a simple concept, because it truly is. Rooted in the Christian principle of tithing (or giving cheerfully), from 2 Corinthians 9:6-7, we decided to give 10% to local community-run organizations that have a strong focus on one of two areas:
- Providing support to families to keep them whole and together
- Supporting women on their journey to motherhood.
We chose these two areas because they are central to ourselves and our faith and we wanted our business to reflect that and be able to amplify our giving beyond what we can do alone.
Where does your 10% go?
Just as we expect from the organizations we support, we provide transparency for where our giving goes. These organizations align with the purpose of our 10% Better initiative and each receive an equal portion of 10% of our annual profit. This money is given directly to each organization for their general fund without any strings attached nor is it earmarked for any specific purpose.

About Together for Good
From Together for Good:
We provide a network of care to support families who are in crisis.
Founded in 2017, Together for Good connects volunteers from local churches with isolated parents and vulnerable children.
At TFG, we provide wrap-around, relational care that helps to stabilize families, so that they can move beyond a crisis. There are four primary ways that our volunteers serve: hosting children during a crisis (hostings range from one day to one year); hosting children for shorter periods (typically a weekend), so that parents are able to experience respite relief; building relationships with parents through parent advocacy; and meeting the practical needs of parents, such as meals or transportation.

- 400 children
- 124 unique families
- 331 volunteers trained
- 84 churches mobilized
- 90.176 volunteer hours
