Subscription/Pre-order Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. If you subscribe to a Limited Edition item and the item is out of stock for the season we will substitute with the newest limited edition item unless you modify/cancel your order at least 1 day before scheduled shipment. For example, if you subscribe to Lemon Blueberry Bar Soap in may substitute with Frankincense and Myrrh Bar Soap in your next Autoship & Save order.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time up to the day before shipping each delivery period. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or via the Subscription link on your Account page at https://simplybliss.store/account.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order but you can request a full or partial refund. Shipping Policy
Pickup Note
If you'd like to pick up at a market location, then choose pickup and add the market name and date in the checkout note. For example "Columbia Heights Art in the Park September 11, 2021". Check our calendar on the Contact page.
Processing
We will process your order within 2 days of receipt, though we usually process next day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or US Federal holidays.
Simply Bliss currently only ships within the United States and its territories using USPS, UPS, or DHL, and we will provide a tracking number where available. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please check with the carrier shown on your order confirmation regarding delays in your area.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Simply Bliss ships to addresses and PO Boxes within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For APO/FPO/DPO addresses please check that the items you purchase are allowed to be shipped to that address.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Damages
Simply Bliss is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently to the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO), Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited edition/limited time offer/seasonal items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
